Marten de Kroon's work experience includes various roles in marketing and communication. Marten started as an intern at Renault Nederland in 2006, followed by an internship at Monsterboard.nl in 2007. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Marketeer at Global Media & Entertainment, specializing in Out-of-Home advertising. In 2016, Marten joined Mediahuis Nederland as a Marketeer, where they contributed to the promotion of independent journalism through a range of well-known brands. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing & Communicatie Manager at Fonky, leading a team in delivering quality services to clients through a network of student employees across the Netherlands.
Marten de Kroon pursued their education between the years 2005 and 2009 at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Creativity and Innovation.

De naam Fonky is in 2011 ontstaan toen drie jonge ondernemers hun ervaring en krachten bundelden om hét opleidingsinstituut op het gebied van sales te worden. Het op een overtuigende en enthousiaste manier overbrengen van ‘de vonk’ is onze grootste kracht en dat willen wij delen.
