Tuba ERTUGAY, CMA, currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Fonmap and as a Partner at Node T Advisory since May 2022. Previously, Tuba held the position of Independent Board Member at Vera Konsept GYO and served as CEO and Board Member at Eliptik Custody, specializing in crypto asset custody services, from May to October 2021. Tuba was also the CEO and Board Member at Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Agency Inc. from January 2015 to April 2021, overseeing comprehensive capital markets licensing operations. Tuba's earlier career includes roles at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, where responsibilities included examination of corporate finance applications and auditing corporations for compliance with financial regulations. Tuba holds an Executive MBA from Koç University and a degree from Istanbul Technical University.
