Marcin Wrobel

Marcin Wrobel has been working in the telecommunications industry since 1997. Marcin began their career at Ericsson as a System Engineer, then moved to Product Manager, and later Solution Manager. In 2004, they joined Nortel Networks Poland as an Account Manager, covering both technical and sales scope of work. In 2010, they moved to Ciena Poland as an Account Manager responsible for customer-oriented solutions and driving business from optical and carrier ethernet portfolios. In 2012, they joined PKP PLK SA as a Contract Manager for DWDM/MPLS backbone for GSM-R, and in 2020 they joined Fonon as a Contract Manager. Since December 2020, they have been the Deputy Project Director as well. Marcin'sroles have included contract and project management, coordination with project Contractors, project time plan and "to-built/as-built" docs verification, system test procedures & reports verification, solution concept verification, risk management, definition and verification of tender technical scope and documents, tender requirements preparation and execution, proposals verification and scoring, and representation before National Appeals Chamber.

Marcin Wrobel attended AGH Academy Krakow Poland from 1991 to 1996 and obtained an MSc in Electronics. Marcin then attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2002 to 2003, but did not obtain a degree.
