Natalia Siódmiak

Natalia Siódmiak has over 11 years of work experience in the construction industry. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Site Engineer at Pekabex. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Site Engineer at Skanska, where they were responsible for planning and organizing their own work and team work, preparing sales documents for the Ordering Party, supervising the work of subcontractors and own resources, preparing works and measurements, and preparing material and financial schedules. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at POLAQUA as a Site Engineer, where they were responsible for the construction of the S8 expressway section 5. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad as Head of the Implementation Department/Project Manager and Specialist in Team Project Manager. Lastly, from 2019 to present, they have been working as a Regional Project Manager at Fonon, where they are responsible for the construction of the ERTMS/GSM-R System Infrastructure on Railway Lines PKP Polish Railway Lines S.A. in a consortium with Nokia, Herkules, and Pozbud.

Natalia Siódmiak attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2016 to 2017, where they completed Menedżerskie Studia Podyplomowe – Przywództwo 2. Natalia also holds a Master's degree from the Poznan University of Technology, where they studied Building Constructions.
