Bryan O'Shields has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. BRYAN began their career as the Vice President of Food & Beverage at Bellagio in 1997 and then moved on to become the Corporate Vice President of Worldwide F&B for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a $350 million F&B organization and creating concepts for new property openings. O'Shields then joined Fontainebleau Miami Beach as the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage, where they played a key role in restaurant and beverage concept development and collaborated with renowned F&B designers. BRYAN later served as the Corporate Vice President of Food & Beverage at KSL Resorts, where they repositioned and centralized F&B quality standards. O'Shields went on to work as the Vice President of Food & Beverage at Caesars Palace, Rio Hotel & Casino, and Harrah's, where they focused on operational revenues and employee development. BRYAN then joined Keeneland Association as the VP/Managing Director of Keeneland Hospitality, leading the establishment and operation of a new hospitality division. Most recently, O'Shields joined Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas as the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage, overseeing a division that supports revenues of $225 million. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President at Fontainebleau Development. Throughout their career, O'Shields has demonstrated expertise in restructuring departments, establishing new management positions, implementing cost-saving measures, and collaborating with industry leaders to create successful F&B concepts.
Bryan O'Shields completed their education at two different institutions. BRYAN attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Hotel Administration. Recently, in the year 2019 to 2020, Bryan O'Shields also enrolled in the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, focusing on Leading Global Businesses.
