Jonathan Hernandez

Jonathan Hernandez has extensive work experience in engineering and technology roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the Executive Director of Engineering at Fontainebleau Miami Beach since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Director of Engineering at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services from September 2021 to March 2022. From November 2018 to October 2021, Jonathan worked as the Engineering and Sustainability Manager at Hilton. Before that, they were an Automation Engineer at Jackson Health System from July 2015 to November 2018. Jonathan's career also includes roles as a Field Technician at Ideacom Healthcare (November 2013 to July 2015), Home Products QA at JL Audio, Inc. (April 2012 to November 2013), and LTE Network Integrator at Ericsson (February 2011 to April 2012).

Jonathan Hernandez began their education at ITT Technical Institute-Miami in 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2010. Jonathan continued their studies at the same institution and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. In 2016, they attended Miami Lakes Educational Center and obtained a degree in HVAC Technician in 2017. Additionally, Jonathan achieved certifications in HVAC Service Excellence from HVAC Excellence in January 2017 and an Electronic Engineer certification from ITT Technical Institute-Miami in October 2012.
