Nanette Swarthout

Nanette Swarthout, SPHR, serves as the Vice President and Human Resource Director at McCallum Place Treatment Center since June 2011, providing comprehensive HR support to facilitate organizational objectives. In addition, Nanette has been a Senior Lecturer at Fontbonne University since 2000, teaching business and human resources courses for both undergraduate and graduate students. As a Public Board Member of the Distance Education Accrediting Commission since 2013, Nanette has contributed to the accreditation processes for distance learning programs. Previous experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Training at RGA, Instructional Design Consultant and Training Manager at SIRSI/Data Research Associates, and Director of Employment Service and Employee Relations at TWA, where management of large scale recruitment and training processes was paramount. Nanette holds an MBA in Business from Fontbonne University and a BS in Communications from Illinois State University.
