Amy Young

Amy Young is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition Partnerships and Programmes at Fonterra since April 2023. In this role, Amy leads initiatives such as the 'Careers in Dairy' programme and various early careers initiatives. Prior to Fonterra, Amy held positions including Group Organisational Development Manager at Fletcher Building, where the focus was on executing a Group Talent Strategy, and Head of People and Culture for Openpay in the UK, overseeing multiple global people and culture strategies. Earlier career experiences include roles at Les Mills UK and Fletcher Building in talent acquisition and recruitment. Amy holds a BProp/BCom Conjoint degree from The University of Auckland.
