Ben Smith is an experienced Programme Manager in Agritech at Fonterra, where responsibilities include co-developing and commercialising agritech solutions that benefit farmers and communities while enhancing sustainability and efficiency. With a history at Fonterra spanning over a decade, Ben has held various roles including Project Manager focused on milk safety and quality, Senior Analyst in research and development, and Strategy Analyst in On-Farm Innovation. Prior to Fonterra, Ben contributed to innovation strategies as an Innovation Analyst. With a strong educational background that includes a Master of Commercialisation & Entrepreneurship from The University of Auckland and a Master of Dairy Science & Technology from Massey University, Ben brings a comprehensive understanding of the dairy industry and technological advancements.
