Bruce Winders

Bruce Winders has over two decades of extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Findwell Corporation Limited since December 2019, Winders also manages facilities for the Waikato Hockey Association since January 2018. Previous roles include Management Accountant positions at Inghams Enterprises NZ Ltd and Waikato Regional Council, and a Senior Accountant role at Fonterra Co-operative Group, where responsibilities included monthly reporting and budget completion. Winders has also held positions as Financial Controller at Agri-Span Holdings Limited and Accountant at Mobile Accounting Services. Additionally, Winders' early career includes self-employment as a mortgage broker and a branch manager at the Bank of New Zealand, overseeing operations and large banking requirements for significant regional entities. Winders holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Wintec with a focus on accounting and financial management.
