Katherine Wang

Katherine WANG is a seasoned professional in organization development and human resources, currently serving as a Senior OD and Change Manager at Fonterra since September 2013. In this role, Katherine focuses on competency and capability development within the marketing function, leadership development for high potentials, and managing the Management Trainee Program. Prior to Fonterra, Katherine held various HR roles at Novartis from March 2009 to August 2013, including HR Business Partner, Global Strategic HR Project Manager, and Head of HR, where significant contributions were made to organizational restructuring, talent management, and change management initiatives. Katherine holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Renmin University of China.
