Katrina Ritchie

Katrina Ritchie has an extensive career in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture Operations at Fonterra since June 2008. Over the years at Fonterra, Katrina has held several leadership roles, including GM HR Operations, GM Procurement Performance and Programmes, and GM Global HR Process, among others. Prior to Fonterra, Katrina served as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Justice from January 2006 to May 2008 and held the position of Business Processing Manager at Oxygen Business Solutions between June 2002 and December 2005. Katrina began the professional journey at Mantrack, working as a Customer Services Manager for a decade, from 1992 to 2002. Educational credentials include a degree from The University of Auckland.
