Mike Butler

Mike Butler serves as the National Education & Training Lead at Fonterra since July 2009, overseeing the IWS Education & Training Pillar. With a foundation in continuous improvement, Mike also held roles as National Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Navigator, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities and operational excellence across various company operations. Achievements include designing a Strategy Deployment model and leading multisite deployments of Human Error Prevention to significantly improve safety, quality, and productivity. Mike's diverse experience spans over 25 years, including positions in marketing, logistics, and business management across multiple industries, supported by a Post Graduate degree in Manufacturing Management and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
