Simon Hoffmann

Simon Hoffmann is a seasoned Regulatory Manager at Fonterra, where a primary focus has been on developing the Probiotic business, guiding regulatory initiatives for Dairy Free, non-GMO certified, and Organic product launches, as well as new strain commercialization. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Regulatory Strategist and Adviser for the Ministry for Primary Industries, addressing market access issues and managing relationships with government authorities in the Middle East and Africa. Educational qualifications include a first-class honors LLB and a BSc in Food Science from the University of Otago, along with a Professional Legal Studies degree from the College of Law in Wellington.
