Stephen Gregory has extensive experience in the dairy and food innovation sectors, currently serving as Head of Innovation for Protein Ingredients and Advanced Nutrition at Fonterra since June 2014. Prior roles at Fonterra include General Manager positions for innovation in medical nutrition and healthy aging, as well as leadership in R&D for pediatrics and active nutrition. With a career spanning over three decades, Stephen has also held various technical and managerial roles at Fonterra and DAIRICONCEPTS, demonstrating a strong background in research, business development, and marketing. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology, both from Massey University.
