Tim Carter

Tim Carter serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Dairyworks since August 2018 and has held various leadership roles at Fonterra since June 2001, including Sales Director with responsibilities for sales and profit across multiple channels and General Manager positions overseeing various aspects of sales and marketing. Tim's experience encompasses strategy development, team leadership, and accountability for substantial direct and indirect reporting structures. A graduate of The University of Waikato with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Leisure Management, Tim has demonstrated expertise in driving sustainable profitability and turnaround strategies within the grocery and foodservice sectors.
