Xi Shen

Xi (Cicy) Shen is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and marketing, currently serving as the Senior CBEC Marketing & Distributor Manager at Fonterra since April 2007. Responsibilities include establishing cross-border operations and developing strategies that have facilitated significant revenue growth. Previous roles at Fonterra encompass Brand Manager, Scheduling and Dispatch Manager, and various positions focused on logistics management, customer service, and inventory cost management. In 2016, Xi founded Kia Ora Milk, where efforts included export compliance and supply chain planning for the Chinese market. Xi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management, and Marketing and International Management from The University of Waikato.
