Dr. Talvia Peterson Ph.D.

Dr. Talvia Peterson, PHD, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Dr. Talvia started their career with Fonville Morisey Realty in 2017, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Agent Development, Assistant Manager & Productivity Coach, and Realtor. In their role as Vice President of Agent Development, Dr. Peterson was responsible for agent development and retention, ensuring that agents met or exceeded their business goals and were fully trained and equipped with industry-leading tools. Dr. Talvia also served as a champion for industry partners. Concurrently, Dr. Peterson also worked as a NC Certified Real Estate Instructor for North Carolina starting from June 2019.

Dr. Talvia Peterson, PHD, MBA has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from TIUA School of Business, which was obtained by the year 2022. Dr. Talvia also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Florida. In terms of certifications, they hold the NC Real Estate Instructor certification from NCREC, which was obtained in July 2019.
