Gardner Reynolds

Gardner Reynolds is a seasoned broker with extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a Broker at Fonville Morisey Realty in Raleigh, North Carolina since January 2013, and as Broker-Owner of Legacy Farms and Ranches of NC, which specializes in the brokerage and marketing of farms, ranches, and recreational properties in the state since January 2009. Prior to their real estate career, Reynolds owned and operated Barton Creek Creative, focusing on website production, graphic design, and video production from 2000 to 2012, and Barton Creek Productions, which provided high-quality video and photo services for events from 2000 to 2007. Their early career in music saw co-ownership and management of Osceola Studios, a prestigious recording facility in Raleigh known for working with nationally-acclaimed artists from 1991 to 2000. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as various music-related qualifications from esteemed institutions.
