Sheryl Ward

Sheryl Ward is a seasoned REALTOR and Broker at Fonville Morisey Realty, where Sheryl has worked since May 1994. A North Carolina native with deep roots in the Raleigh, Cary, and Fuquay areas since 1975, Sheryl is dedicated to providing a customized real estate experience for buyers and sellers. Sheryl holds several professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Relocation Specialist, and has achieved membership in the Raleigh/Wake Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to a successful real estate career, Sheryl served as the Assistant Controller at a leading architectural/engineering firm, bringing over a decade of accounting experience. Sheryl earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University in 1984.
