Elizabeth joined Foo Kon Tan in 2003 bringing more than 10 years of experience in assurance services, specialising in financial audits. She worked with privately held and/or listed companies and their overseas subsidiaries in Australia, China, Malaysia and Indonesia, which spanned across various industries. Since joining Business Risk Services in 2016, she works closely with government agencies, not-for-profit organisations and educational institutions on compliance and internal audits. She also performs third-party grant audits on behalf of government ministries and agencies. Elizabeth assists in the identification of key internal control lapses while providing feasible solutions that are in line with companies’ resources, business objectives, and best practices in the not-for-profit, education and transport sectors. She also facilitates Enterprise Risk Management and Control Self-Assessment workshops for internal audit clients.
