David Bashford

David Bashford has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, with roles ranging from Quality Assurance Manager to Managing Director. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Food Alert Ltd, David oversees food hygiene and health & safety services for various clients in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, David held positions at Selfridges Limited and Traveller's Fare/Compass Catering, focusing on food safety and quality assurance. David holds an HND in Technology of Foods from Polytechnic of the South Bank.
