With extensive experience at McDonald's Corporation as a Hygiene and Safety Advisor, Ivan's responsibilities included ensuring food safety, health and safety compliance, and conducting audits to maintain high standards. Ivan also served as a Business Manager, focusing on operational excellence and team development. Ivan attended Croydon College from 1997 to 1998.
