Additional roles include Interim Technical Specification Writer at Adelie Food Holdings, focusing on sandwich specifications, and Technical Manager at Classic Cakes, overseeing quality management systems within the bakery sector. Nita Patel holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from 1988 to 1991.
