Delese Mimi Darko

Delese Mimi Darko has extensive experience in pharmaceutical regulation and management within the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana. Since February 2017, Delese has served as Chief Executive, after having held the position of Acting Deputy Chief Executive for the Safety Monitoring and Clinical Trials Division from April 2013 to February 2017. Prior roles include Head of Department from April 2010 to October 2012 and Head of Drug Evaluation and Registration at the Food and Drugs Board from August 1998 to April 2010. Delese holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton.
