Paul Hollings

Paul Hollings is an experienced professional in vocational education and engineering management, currently serving as the General Manager at the Food and Fibre Centre of Vocational Excellence since March 2021. With a strong background in leadership roles, Paul previously held positions such as Board Member at the New Zealand Board of Engineering Diplomas and General Manager of Technology Park at Manukau Institute of Technology. At Manukau, Paul was also the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Trades, managing a diverse range of disciplines. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Engagement at The Skills Organisation and Training Manager/Apprentice Coordinator at ETITO, where Paul contributed significantly to industry training development and stakeholder engagement. Paul's career began as a Maintenance Electrician at Waikato Dairy Company/Anchor Products. Paul holds a diploma in Management from the New Zealand Institute of Management.
