Carlos Garcia is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen management roles. Currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant since July 2024, Carlos has previously held positions including Sous Chef at Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar, Executive Sous Chef at Bottleneck Management, and Sous Chef at City Works. With a foundational background as Kitchen Manager at Breadwinners Cafe And Quarter Bar and Executive Chef at The Moviehouse and Eatery, Carlos has developed strong skills in kitchen operations, inventory management, and food production.
