Monisola Okubena

Monisola Okubena is an accomplished People Development Manager at Food Concepts PLC since June 2013, responsible for leading a team and managing training initiatives across South-West and Northern Nigeria. Monisola successfully transitioned the organization to a Learning Management System and achieved significant training attendance rates while managing training for multiple restaurant brands. Previous roles include People Development Lead and Training Administrator, where Monisola focused on maximizing training funding, compliance, and effectiveness. With experience as a Human Resources Officer and in customer care at Guaranty Trust, Monisola possesses a strong background in employee engagement and customer service. Monisola holds a Master's in Employment & Labour Studies from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Theatre Art & Mass Communication from the University of Benin.
