Maria Razo-Ayon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maria started their career in 2010 as a Line Cook, Cashier, and Barista at Metropolitan Culinary Service, where they prepared healthy food for the Los Angeles Lakers and provided quick service food to hockey and figure skaters. Maria then worked as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret from 2011 to 2013.
In 2012, Maria joined Pineapple Express as a Kitchen Shift Lead, Line Cook, and Cashier. Maria catered and served quick service food to customers, managed inventory for parties and events, and prepared food for large-scale gatherings.
Maria's experience at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants started in 2013, where they initially worked as a lead hostess using Opentable and Aloha. Within six months, they were promoted to Office Coordinator, responsible for completing non-food and beverage orders, managing petty cash logs, and reconciling daily cash-on-hand.
From 2016 to 2020, Maria worked at Marriott International in various roles. Maria began as a Restaurant Supervisor at Sheraton Fairplex Hotel and Conference Center, overseeing dining operations. Maria then moved on to become an Assistant Restaurant Manager and subsequently an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager at Sheraton Grand Downtown Los Angeles.
