Mark A. has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Mark served as the Chief Operating Officer at Food Fleet since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Culinary/Food and Beverage Consultant at MWA Hospitality Consulting starting in 2014. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of VP Food and Beverage at Hopdoddy Burger Bar. Before that, they were the VP Culinary R&D and Corporate Chef at World of Beer Franchising, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Mark A. also served as the VP of R&D and Executive Chef at Bonefish Grill from 2012 to 2014. Mark was the Director of Culinary Development at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they held the role of Corporate Chef/Director of Culinary at Blue Coral Seafood and Spirits from 2006 to 2008. Mark A. started their career at Brigantine Restaurants where they worked as a Corporate Chef from 1998 to 2006. During their time there, they reinvigorated the two core brands of the company, created and opened two new concepts, and managed the catering sales team. Before that, they served as the Executive Chef at Ihilani Resort and Spa from 1996 to 1998 and at Westin Resort Vail from 1993 to 1996.

Mark A. attended Littleton High School from 1974 to 1977. After completing high school, they enrolled at Regis University, where they studied Philosophy and Religious Studies from 1977 to 1980.
