Nicolas Henry has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Food Fleet since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas held the position of General Manager at Niku Steakhouse from February 2021 to March 2023, and at Perbacco / Barbacco from April 2018 to March 2020. Nicolas also contributed as Beverage Manager at Epic Roasthouse from May 2014 to April 2018, showcasing a strong background in restaurant management and operations.
