Operations Manager, East at Food Fleet

Shannon Driscoll has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shannon started their career in 2003 as an International Sales Representative at AVID Airline Products. Shannon then moved on to Atlantic Stars Hotels and Cruises, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant/Cruise Sales from October 2006 to September 2007. In 2007, Shannon joined Hotel Viking as a Group Coordinator and later became a Catering Coordinator from March 2011 to October 2011.

From 2011 to 2022, Shannon worked at Blackstone Caterers. Shannon began as a Sales Manager and was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in January 2019. After more than a decade with Blackstone Caterers, Shannon joined Newport Harbor Island Resort in July 2022 as a Wedding and Events Manager. In October 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Catering Sales Manager.

Currently, Shannon holds the position of Operations Manager, East at Food Fleet since June 2023. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, event management, and catering coordination.

Shannon Driscoll completed their education from 1999 to 2003 at Providence College. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.
