Richard Bunworth is currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant at University College Dublin and a PhD Candidate at the UCD Sutherland School of Law. Previous experience includes working as a Consultant in the Mergers Division of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and serving as an Associate in the Corporate Banking group at McCann FitzGerald. Richard's traineeship involved rotations across various legal departments, including a six-month stint in the London office. Additional roles include member of the Editorial Committee for the Hibernian Law Journal and participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot representing Ireland. Richard began a career in legal research at Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in EU Competition Law from King's College London and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Trinity College Dublin.
