Ronan Lupton is the Chair of ALTO, an Alternative Telecom Operators Lobby Group in Ireland. Additionally, Ronan serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at UCD Sutherland School of Law and is a member of various advisory groups related to online safety and internet governance. With a background in regulatory management and a specialty in media, competition, and commercial law, Ronan has also been involved in governmental and industry forums related to internet content governance and internet safety advisory councils. Ronan holds degrees in EU Competition Law, Barrister at Law, Legal Studies, M.Sc. in Strategic Management, and a BA in Management.
