Noah Haglund

Noah Haglund has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Noah started their career as a Project Assistant at GLOW Foundation in 2015, where they assisted in coordinating logistics and allocating funding for projects in Kenya. Noah later worked as a Project Assistant at GLOW Foundation again in 2018, leading a team in constructing a rural Sand Dam and Computer Lab. Noah then joined Eastern Mennonite University in 2017, working as a Statistics Tutor and DASS Office Assistant. In 2018, Noah joined Food for the Hungry, Inc. as a Grants Analyst, managing reporting, compliance, and cash flow for USAID awards. Noah continued to grow in the organization, taking on roles such as Business Development Coordinator and Solutions Lead (Public Business Development). In 2019, they worked as a Salesforce and Development Systems Consultant at Collateral Repair Project, where they developed a Salesforce system for project management and grant oversight. Noah also provided technical support and trainings to staff. Noah also worked as a Summer Peacebuilding Institute Community Assistant at the Center for Justice & Peacebuilding in 2019, where they set up accommodations and planned events.

Noah Haglund attended Eastern Mennonite University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peacebuilding and Development. Noah also completed minors in Pre-Law and Political Studies. In addition to their degree, Noah has obtained several certifications including "JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures" and "Responsive Web Design" from freeCodeCamp, "USAID Rules and Regulations: Grants and Cooperative Agreements" from Humentum, and "Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) Level 1 Certification" from APMG International.
