Rocio E. Cruz

Rocio E. Cruz, MPA, CAPM, has extensive experience in leadership and human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Dominican Republic Country Director for Food for the Hungry, Inc., Rocio also holds prior roles in the organization, including Regional Sponsorship & Program Quality Manager and Regional HR Manager for Latin America & the Caribbean. In addition, Rocio contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at UNICDA. Previous positions include Training & Development/Recruiting & Selection Manager at Newtech, Chief of Staff for the New York State Assembly, and Senior Executive Assistant at Farmingdale State College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Legal Studies from Farmingdale State College, and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
