Sonia Ayala

Sonia Ayala serves as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Food for the Hungry, Inc. since September 2018, demonstrating a strong background in human resources management. Prior to this role, Sonia accumulated significant experience at Colgate Palmolive, working from August 2005 to February 2016 as a Benefits Coordinator and in various human resources assistant positions. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Gestión y servicios de recursos humanos from York University - ESI Escuela Superior Internacional, earned between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Sonia is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (MLO) at Universidad San Pablo de Guatemala, with studies set to continue through April 2023.
