Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in General Business from Paradise Valley Community College from 1991 to 1993. Steve also has additional certifications, including ITIL Foundation from ACQUIROS, Inc. obtained in 2015, Arizona State Chaplain Service, and The Office of Law Enforcement & Fire Fighter Chaplain Certification.
