EVP & Chief Outcomes Officer at Food For The Poor

Jeff Alexander is Executive Vice President and Chief Outcomes Officer of Food For The Poor, a role he was promoted to after serving as Controller for 19 years. Jeff has worked in various financial roles for the charity since first joining the organization in 1992.

As Chief Outcomes Officer, Jeff leads a newly created department responsible for evaluating all aspects of the organization’s performance including fundraising and program activities. Donor Services, Performance/Data Analytics; and Monitoring and Evaluation all report to him.

Additionally, Jeff serves as the chief innovator for the development and improvement of systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of the organization. Jeff’s history, experience and deep understanding of the core mission and vision of the organization and of the nonprofit industry are key assets to help evaluate the organization to do what it intends to do.

Jeff was born in New York and raised on Long Island. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

He lives in South Florida with his wife, Sondra and their two children.
