Antoninette Ward

Antoninette Ward, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in employee benefits and HR consulting. Currently serving as an Employee Benefits/HR Consultant for a private company since November 2017, Antoninette leads process improvement implementations in HR projects. Additional roles include HR Consultant for Food & Friends, where Antoninette assists in delivering specialized meals to individuals with serious health challenges, and Vice President of Education at Sunrise Toastmasters Club #7012, focusing on educational support and leadership training. Previous experience includes being a Regional HR Representative, Benefits Manager/Analyst, and Sr. Benefit Programs Administrator at well-known organizations, effectively managing employee benefits, compliance, and HR processes. Antoninette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Central Oklahoma and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Paralegal Studies from Samford University.
