Goran Markovic

Goran Markovic is an experienced hospitality professional specializing in wine service and management. Currently serving as Head Sommelier at both FoodFund International and Loren Ristorante, Goran has previously held prominent positions such as Restaurant Manager at White Dubai and The Theatre, and Head Sommelier at Pierchic and Nusr-et Steak House. Goran's expertise includes collaborating with suppliers, managing wine lists and stock, and training staff in wine and spirits knowledge. A graduate of Technical High School in Subotica, Serbia, with a diploma in CNC technology, Goran has cultivated a successful career in the restaurant industry since 2013.
