Marianna Couvaras

Marianna Couvaras is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Food Fund International since August 2012, after previously holding the position of HR Manager at the same company from October 2008 to October 2011. Marianna founded Salt and Pepper in January 2005 and managed projects at Emmanuels between February 2002 and November 2005. Academically, Marianna holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources from ALBA University Athens, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Bond University. Additional qualifications include an MSc in Strategic Human Resources from ALBA University and a certification in Life and Success Coaching from Jay Shetty Certification School.
