Mohanraj Periyasamy

Mohanraj Periyasamy is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food preparation and team supervision. Currently serving as a Team Supervisor at Food Fund International since February 2017, Mohanraj excels in preparing high-quality dishes and assisting in menu development. Prior to this role, Mohanraj held the position of Incharge at Food Fund International from February 2013 to February 2016, where responsibilities included the preparation of various dishes including salads, starters, and sauces. Earlier in the career, Mohanraj worked at Cgh Earth from February 2010 to January 2013 as a Guest Services Personnel, overseeing front office and food & beverage services while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Mohanraj holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Alagappa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Catering Science from Periyar University.
