Jackie Lapinski, FACHE, currently serves as a Board Member for Food Gatherers and Washtenaw Housing Alliance. Prior to these roles, Jackie held positions with Trinity Health Michigan as Vice President Performance Excellence, SJMHS and Mercy Health as Statewide Executive Director Performance Excellence, Ronald McDonald House Charities as a Member Board of Directors, and St. Joseph Mercy Health System as Regional Director, Process Excellence. With a background in Industrial & Operations Engineering, Jackie has also worked as an Administrative Manager, Project Manager, and Management Engineer at the University of Michigan Health System.

Food Gatherers
Fighting Hunger Where We Live. Food Gatherers is the food rescue and food bank program serving Washtenaw County. We believe that in a nation of plenty, no one should go hungry. We partner with 170 agencies and programs, providing direct food assistance in the form of hot meals, nutritious snacks or emergency groceries to low-income adults, seniors and children in Washtenaw County. Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community by: - Reducing food waste through the rescue and distribution of perishable and non perishable food - Coordinating with other hunger relief providers - Educating the public about hunger - Developing new food resources. Join us in the fight against hunger! Everyone can play a role. You can donate food, money or your time to Food Gatherers. You can even host a food drive or a fundraiser!
