Rusty Brach is a Finance Manager at Food Gatherers since April 2015. Prior to this role, Rusty worked at the University of Michigan since July 2005 as a Systems Administrator. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.

Fighting Hunger Where We Live. Food Gatherers is the food rescue and food bank program serving Washtenaw County. We believe that in a nation of plenty, no one should go hungry. We partner with 170 agencies and programs, providing direct food assistance in the form of hot meals, nutritious snacks or emergency groceries to low-income adults, seniors and children in Washtenaw County. Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community by: - Reducing food waste through the rescue and distribution of perishable and non perishable food - Coordinating with other hunger relief providers - Educating the public about hunger - Developing new food resources. Join us in the fight against hunger! Everyone can play a role. You can donate food, money or your time to Food Gatherers. You can even host a food drive or a fundraiser!
