Jason Ng has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jason started their career as an intern at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in 2010, before moving on to Hilton Hotels & Resorts where they worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant from 2011 to 2013. Jason then joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where they held multiple roles including Guest Service Agent, Front Office Learning Coach, and Duty Manager from 2013 to 2016. After that, they worked at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Experience Specialist and Assistant Front Office Manager from 2016 to 2018. Jason then joined St Giles Hotels as a Front Office Manager from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they worked at The RuMa Hotel and Residences as a Front Office Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Senior Executive Application Support at Food Market Hub from May 2023.
Jason Ng completed their Higher Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Taylors University Malaysia from 2009 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Business in International Hotel Management at Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide, which they finished in the years 2011 to 2013.
