Tina Bates Pedrick is currently the Manager of Education at FMI- The Food Industry Association. Tina previously worked as a Wine Advisor at Wines for Humanity, a Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, and a Volunteer Operations Advisor at Walk In My Shoes Program. Tina is also the Founder and Principal of Tristal Educational Consulting. Tina has additional experience as a Special Projects Consultant and Assistant to the President at The Father McKenna Center, a Training Manager at Catholic Charities USA, and in various roles at Fairfax County Public Schools. Tina holds a Masters of Arts in Education from Goddard College and has received certifications in ADHD coaching, spiritual direction, organizational development, and leadership.
