Ameya Palav is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Food Matters Group since March 2024, Ameya previously held the position of Director of Operations at JSM Corporation Pvt. Ltd. from March 2023 to February 2024. Prior to that, Ameya was a Senior Manager at Food Matters Group from December 2021 to March 2023 and has held various significant roles including Group General Manager at II Walls Hospitality and General Manager at British Brewing Company. Ameya's career began as an Assistant Manager at Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., following a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Mumbai, earned between 2003 and 2006.
