Previously, Neil launched and directed Sugar Supper Club, a renowned French bistro, and held key positions at Grounded Espresso Bars and Manor Park Restaurant, where kitchen operations and menu innovation were prioritized. As the Chef/Patron of Copper Restaurant, Neil managed an award-winning establishment recognized for excellence in dining. Neil's educational background includes studies at Southern Regional College and St Colman's College.
