Aoife Tomkins is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as an eLearning Executive at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland since October 2023. Prior to this role, Aoife was a Learning Experience Designer at Meta from August 2022 to July 2023 and led the Digital Learning Solutions curriculum at KPMG Ireland between April 2021 and August 2022. Aoife began a career in learning and development at EY, where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of courses and programs, and previously worked as a Recruitment Coordinator and Consultant at EY and Allen Recruitment Consulting, respectively. Aoife holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Maynooth University.
